Steady when parked, smooth when you roll, and protected against rust from the inside out.
This bundle pairs our proven ladder-frame stack with three severe-duty 7′ aluminum–plywood walkboards for a solid work surface. Cross braces and hardware are galvanized inside and out for long-term corrosion protection, and the ladder frames wear a tough powder-coat that handles daily abuse. Guardrails, an included Grouser Bar, and 8″ cast-iron casters round out a tower that’s easy to move and built to last.
What the included components do for you
- Severe-Duty 7′ Walkboards: Aluminum side rails and an exterior-grade plywood deck provide a sturdy feel underfoot; the integrated wind-latch helps keep boards seated on the frame. Three boards span the bay for a full 7′ platform.
- 5′ × 7′ BreakDown Guardrail System: Top/mid rails and posts assemble quickly and break down for transport—an easy, commonsense way to stay safe when you’re working at height.
- BreakDown Grouser Bar: Ties frames together to reduce shimmy and improve tracking while you roll—especially helpful on long pushes or rough floors.
- 8″ Cast-Iron Casters (#6 stem): Durable iron wheels handle jobsite abuse and roll smoothly; positive foot brakes help keep the tower put while you work.
Safety & Setup Tips
- Rolling at height or on uneven floors? Add Outriggers to widen the footprint.
- Using guardrails? Many jobsites also require Toeboards—add them when working at height.
- Parking the tower? Lock the caster brakes before climbing. If you switch to base plates later, keep the Grouser Bar to tie frames together.
Key Features
- Longevity First: Galvanized braces & hardware resist rust for years of service.
- Full 7′ Deck: Three severe-duty walkboards deliver a complete, stable platform.
- Confident Rolling: Included Grouser Bar improves stability; 8″ cast-iron casters offer smooth movement and positive braking.
- Modular by Design: Easy to expand with height, outriggers, and toeboards as your job demands.
Important Notes
• When increasing height or working on slick/uneven surfaces, add Outriggers for a wider footprint.
• Some competitor braces aren’t coated internally. If there are no small vent holes near the brace ends, the interior may not be galvanized and can rust over time.
