Our replacement plywood for 28” wide walkboards is built to the same high standards as our original walkboards. It features a minimum of seven layers, with each consecutive layer’s grain pattern turned 90 degrees for superior strength and stability.
The fully waterproof glue used in this plywood remains intact even after being boiled for 72 hours, ensuring your walkboard is resistant to weather and moisture. A sanding tolerance of +/- 0.5 millimeters guarantees a perfect fit in the aluminum frame, maintaining consistent strength.
This plywood is thicker and stronger than what’s commonly available on the market, which is typically only about 11mm thick. We’ve partnered with a third-generation plywood manufacturer who creates their own high-quality proprietary glue, ensuring that you get the best product possible, no shortcuts.
