This replacement plywood for 7’ walkboards is engineered to meet the same high standards as our original walkboards. With a minimum of seven layers, each layer’s grain pattern turned 90 degrees for strength, this plywood is both durable and rigid.
We use fully waterproof glue, which remains intact even after being boiled for 72 hours, ensuring that your walkboard can withstand moisture and harsh conditions. The sanding tolerance of +/- 0.5 millimeters ensures a perfect fit in the frame, providing consistent strength and stability.
Our plywood is thicker and stronger than competitors, which often use plywood only about 11mm thick. We’ve partnered with a third-generation plywood manufacturer who makes their own high-quality, proprietary glue to ensure the best possible product.
