This is one of the best investments I have made. This scaffold is made far better then any other auditorium Scaffold. I have 34 foot, and can get more sections if I ever need to go higher. The safety is the best I have seen. I am now booking more auditoriums, churches, gyms, etc. and saving tons of money on rentals. This is the highest quality scaffold I have ever owned.
I highly recommend the baker scaffolding. I had an issue with the plank not fitting properly due to a manufacturing error. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Alan who called me and even gave his cell phone number so I could contact him directly. The company made everything right! I would definitely buy their product again!!
Very happy with the scaffold tower package I purchased and their customer service from order to delivery was excellent.
The new design on this scaffolding is great! The platform is sturdier than the previous design. It will stack with the older model so if you need another section for your old it will work.

I was researching a Baker Scaffold systems and read/saw several videos on Scaffoldmarts products. The engineering behind it sold me. So I bought an 18’ tower kit from Tractor Supply about a month ago. Been using it daily ever since. Very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Scaffoldmart’s Baker platform. The products are packaged very well (reminds me of Apple’s product packaging), easy to put together, and to take apart. Powder coating is thick, bolts are galvanized. I did have an issue during the initial unboxing, and a call to Scaffoldmart resolved the problem quickly (my package was missing some knobs.. but it did have extra nuts, so I was able to use this immediately). Customer service is excellent. I would purchase this again without hesitation.

We recently purchased a scaffold through Lowe's from ScaffoldMart which unfortunately arrived damaged and with missing parts due to shipping issues. Upon contacting ScaffoldMart about the issue, Morgan S. immediately took charge, ensuring a quick resolution. Without hesitation, they acknowledged the problem and arranged for a replacement scaffold to be sent to us at no additional charge, which arrived by FedEx within days of our conversation.
The proactive approach and the follow-up to ensure our satisfaction were beyond our expectations. ScaffoldMart's commitment to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I highly recommend them for both their quality products and their outstanding customer service.

The product had some very minor damage to one part. I took some photos, and emailed the support team to ask if it was possible to fix. I received a phone call within the hour from an incredibly helpful person who shared their thoughts, and recommended that they simply ship me a replacement part.
I've had this product for 2 days and this organization has already gone above and beyond any expectation I had, and I'm incredibly grateful for their responsiveness and willingness to help me.
As for the scaffold, it is exactly what I need to start dealing with a drywall issue in my garage that I've been staring at for a year. Now I can safely get moving on it. I can also tackle the other minor projects (like the ceiling power outlet covers that are missing) in the other parts of the outbuilding. I can now get moving on that second garage door opener as well.
I have already recommended this product to my neighbors, and I have nothing but great things to say about how helpful these folks have been after the purchase. Very satisfied and happy with this purchase.

I'm very pleased with the purchase of the 5ft. Utility scaffold being married to a 71 yr. old whom has concerns for safety and foot problems. I ordered because he wanted a more secure method when standing at different heights that a standard ladder just didn't give security or handrail to hold onto and the platform was made of pretty sturdy metal.Easily folds for storage too,very impressed!! Thanks for helping an older diy-er out!! Honey do list growing.😄
I purchased a 5’ unit and when it came the box was demolished and as I put the unit together it was missing a wheel so I contacted the company this was the Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving I was told I would be contacted Monday morning. The next day I received an email with a phone number to call it turned out to be the owners daughter and she was amazing even though I let her know she could wait until after Thanksgiving she got right on it and ended up getting a replacement unit out to me right away.
This company has customer service down pat, I would highly recommend anyone use this company and I will be in the future.

Great product for DIYers! I am not exactly a mechanical person, but I am cheap enough to try and do some stuff myself. We recently purchased the 12' scaffold package for some painting and access to open areas in our home. The assembly was very easy, and the structure was much sturdier than I expected. I would say it is easily a commercial grade product at a DIY price. I did have a couple questions during the assembly, called the help line and got right to the gent who helped engineer the product. The support was even better than the product. Bottom line, more than worth the money!
